KEITH ROSEBORO, B.A., J.D.
An attorney, currently of counsel with the firm of Chiari & Ilecki, practicing in the areas residential & commercial real property, lending and settlement services and title insurance underwriting. He is a graduate of Niagara University having received a Bachelor of Arts (magna cum laude) in 1986. After college, he then went on to the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law graduating from there in 1989. Mr. Roseboro is duly admitted to practice law in the States of New York and Connecticut.
Following graduation from law school he immediately joined law firm the real property law firm of Blinkoff, Viksjo & Robinson specializing in residential and commercial real property law. He subsequently headed up the real estate department of Ward Brennon & DiVita. He.has been a settlement agents for Goldome Realty Credit Corporation, Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation and M& T Mortgage Corporation and is currently settlement agent for HSBC Mortgage Corporation (USA), Wells Fargo Bank, CUC Mortgage Corporation as well counsel and settlement agent for 15 credit unions. He has also been involved in the representation various local mortgage brokers. During the latter 15 years of his career Mr. Roseboro was named an Associate Counsel with First American Title Insurance Company of New York as well as First American National Division. In addition to his underwriting functions with First American Mr. Roseboro served on their CLE board lecturing on various real estate issues to attorneys in Western New York.
He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Erie County Bar Association.
